Envelope is provided with fabric skeleton made from high-strength synthetic fabric and coated with layer of rubber. To reduce local hydraulic losses during motion of medium, inner part of envelope has form of hollow deformed chamber which makes it possible to retain cylindrical shape of this section. Envelope is secured to metal pipe lines by means of rubber-metal flanges with holes. EFFECT: improved compensation and strength characteristics at linear, radial and angular deformation of pipe lines; enhanced electrical insulation of pipes. 1 dwg
