PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain an energy loss by providing a water supply passage for supplying wash water, an instantaneous heating system having an electric heater, a cleaning nozzle for blowing out the wash water and a supply controller, and providing a guessing device for guessing a stagnating water temperature in the heating system. SOLUTION: Wash water supplied from water supply piping 2 by opening operation of a solenoid valve 1 is heated to proper temperature hot water by a heat exchanger 4, pushes up a vacuum breaker 5, adjusts a flow rate by a flow regulating directional control valve 7, and reaches a passage directional control valve 9. Air supplied from an air pump 10 by the passage directional control valve 9 flows in the wash water, the wash water passing through the passage directional control valve 9 blows out of a passage selected by the passage directional control valve 9, and the wash water blown out of a nozzle device 11 contains bubbles, so that a soft bodily sensation is obtained. A float switch 17 is provided to detect a water level in the heat exhanger 4, and when detecting no prescribed water level by the foat switch 17, current-carrying by an electric heater is not performed to thereby prevent empty vessel heating to enhance safety.
