PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure good built-up efficiency as well as the stable securement of sealing efficiency of a sealing member fixed to the peripheral surface of an air conditioner in an engine room of a construction machinery. SOLUTION: This sealing structure of a construction machine is equipped with an engine, a cooling fan mounted to the engine, a first cooling device set by meeting the cooling fan, a second cooling device set in parallel with the first cooling device, an engine room storing the engine therein and a sealing member for closing between at least a side section of the first cooling device and a wall surface forming section of the engine room meeting the side section and, at the same time, piping member for supplying and discharging the cooling objective fluid to the second cooling device is made to pass around below the side of the first cooling device. Then, the sealing member includes first sealing members 40a, 40b and 40c fixed to at least the side section of the first cooling device and a second sealing member 41 forming insertion grooves 42 for inserting the piping member and, at the same time, fixing one side to the wall surface forming section, and the first sealing members and second sealing member are so formed that the other side of the second sealing member and upper surface are in a state to adhere to the first sealing members 40a, 40b and 40c.
