The present invention relates to a hand-held cleaning device (10), formed of a hollow body member (12) having an interior portion (22), and an exterior portion (14). The interior portion (22) of the hollow body member (12) contains a plurality of separate reservoirs (24 and 24'), while the exterior portion (14), of the hollow body member (12), contains an abrasive surface (18). At least one passage (28) leads from each reservoir (24) to the abrasive surface (18), and to a cleaning system containing a hand-held cleaning device (10) and a refilling dock (34). The refilling dock (34) contains a refilling station (36) and a plurality of tanks (38 and 38') equal in number to the number of reservoirs (24 and 24') in the hand-held cleaning device (10). Each tank (38) is in connected relation with at least one outlet (40) located at the refilling station (36).
