SUBSTANCE: device includes magnetic system made in form of magnetic ring units with axial direction of magnetizing. Magnetic rings are fitted on non-ferromagnetic rod at pole alternating; magnetic units are separated by circular ferromagnetic gaskets mounted oppositely. Formation fluid circular space between body and magnetic system intersecting magnetic flux concentrated by units. Formation fluid is subjected to action of magnetic field which is oriented perpendicularly relative to direction of fluid being handled. Efficiency is enhanced due to formation of turbulent flow in working gap; fluid is brought in contact with surface of magnetic system. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of pipe line. 3 dwg
