cosmonautics; extravehicular activity. SUBSTANCE: catapult includes actuating spring, reel with rope and electromechanical drive for winding the rope, launch frame for cosmonaut and base. Base is provided with articulation device fitted with lock for orientation of cosmonaut before launch. Frame is slidable over guide pins and is provided with sighting unit, footrest and handrests. Second end of rope is connected with reel secured on frame ring. Handrests of catapult are provided with control buttons. Catapult has additional reel with rope for return of cosmonaut to point of launch. EFFECT: possibility of extravehicular activity of cosmonaut. 2 cl, 10 dwg
