<p>The invention relates to a group of new vitamin D analogs of formula (I), wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a hydroxy group, A and B represent hydrogen or methyl, or together form the methylene group, R2 is a group of formula (II), wherein R3 is a group -(CH2)n-C(R4)2OH, wherein n has the value 0, 1 or 2, and R4 is a straight, branched or cyclic alkyl group having 1-3 C-atoms, or the vinyl group, p is 1 (when the dotted line is a double bond) or 2. These new arocalciferols have valuable biological properties.</p> |
