<p>A drinking container (10) having a removable, freezable member (32). The drinking container (10) has a cylindrical inner receptacle (16) and a surrounding cylindrical outer receptacle (20). An annular chamber (26) is formed between the inner and outer receptacles. A refrigerant member (32) comprising a plastic envelope containing a freezable gel (34) is dimensioned to fit into the annular chamber (26), and is readily removable therefrom. A cap (36) engages the drinking container (10) to retain the refrigerant member (32) once placed in the annular chamber (26). The refrigerant member (32) is preferably an annular sleeve which slips between the inner and outer receptacles, and folds flat for storage and freezing.</p> |
