SUBSTANCE: annular disk blank with central bore is stamped and blank material is deformed by means of punch from center to periphery; in the action, outer diameter of blank is calibrated; novelty is that annular disk blank stamped from sheet has flats on outer diameter forming segments and central bore whose diameter is smaller than that of commutator bore; area formed between these diameters of annular band equals total area of blank segments; then blank material is deformed by means of taper punch in cylindrical matrix from center to periphery to obtain central bore of outer diameter while filling its segments with blank material. EFFECT: improved material utilization factor in stamping annular disk blank from sheet. 3 dwg
