The drive arrangement has a reciprocally movable drive part (3), a magnetic part (14), and a yoke arrangement (22) in an intermediate volume (25) with pole pieces (23,24) on the opposite sides of the drive part in the magnetizing direction. At least one of the pole pieces is enclosed by a current-carrying coil (37,38) that causes drive part movement. The magnetic part has only two magnetic sections (15,16) magnetisable in opposite directions and arranged in series in the drive movement direction and there are only two pole pieces bounding the intermediate volume and connected by the yoke arrangement.
