The method involves the execution of a pilot hole along a line, and the creation of two subterranean tunnels by two boring machines, from exit to entry. A procedure for trench-free parallel laying of pipes in defined horizontal and/or vertical spacing includes the execution of a pilot hole (1) along a line (3) providing a beginning at an entry point and an ending at an exit point. Two subterranean tunnels are created by two boring machines (4), in which the boring machines are guided from the exit point of the pilot hole to the entry point. Two product pipes (6), connected in tension-proof fashion to each boring machine, are laid. The pilot boring takes place by means of controlled horizontal boring. The boring machines are connected together via a connecting device (13) which determines the parallel spacing of the product pipes.
