SUBSTANCE: described is diclavulanic salt formed by clavulanic acid and diamine ether having formula I: wherein R1 is C1-C4- alkylene, and each of R2 and R3 is hydrogen atom or C1-C8-alkyl. Salt is prepared by reacting bis (2- dialkylaminoalkylene)ether or salt thereof with clavulanic acid in organic solvent and the resulting salt is isolated.
