PURPOSE: An incinerator for environmental contaminant and the method of burning up with an incinerator is provided to completely burn up environmental contaminant without toxic gas with low cost. CONSTITUTION: An incinerator for environmental contaminant and the method of burning up with an incinerator includes an incinerating chamber(1) with collecting part(4) for collecting ash and supplying air, from five to ten domes(2), being communicated with the incinerating chamber and having collision walls for combustion gas, and a dust collector(3) with a pipe(6) being under water. Refuse is transferred to a compression roller by a conveyor and compressed and then dehydrated and crushed. A machine for cutting finely cuts the refuse, and the refuse to be cut finely is provided to the incinerating chamber, and then combustion gas passed through several domes is aerated to the water in the dust collector. Therefore complete combustion is performed without toxic gas.
