PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a tire while holding and improving its moving performance by extending bead filler arranged in the outer circumferential side of a bead wire toward the tire radial direction than the tire maximum width position of the tire sidewall part. SOLUTION: Bead filler 26 is composed of a composite body formed by embedding organic fiber cords 29 in hard rubber. The organic fiber cord 29 runs in the tire circumferential direction and embedded with its laminated in the radial direction. The bead filler 26 is extended more radially outward than a tire maximum width position 42 so as to reinforce the side part 14. The bead filler 26 is extended from the bead part 12 to a shoulder part 16 via the side part 14 adjacent to the outside of a carcass 20 and approaches an outer end 22a of a belt 22 in the width-directional so as to be ended.
