PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a finished product which shows high heat resistance, strength and surface hardness as well as hardly generates permanent strain by first applying a cooling and setting process to a semi-finished product and releasing it from a mold, and further making it pass through gas or liquid at a specific temperature to thermally treat it for crystallization. SOLUTION: First a semi-finished product made up of a crystalline part and an amorphous part is obtained and is thermally treated for crystallization by making the semi-finished product pass through gas or liquid at 60-220 deg.C. For example, an injection molding process for polyethylene terephthalate is performed and a pair of clip constituent parts 1, 2 and a spring part 3 are obtained as semi-finished products. After that, these semi-finished products are loaded into a high pressure steam autoclave to be thermally treated and thus their finished products are obtained. These parts 1, 2, 3 are assembled into a complete goods (clip). |
