PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print system for printing even on a conventionally unprintable print medium having level differences. SOLUTION: As a command being transmitted to a printer 1 having a line feed motor LF, a carriage motor CR, and a platen gap control motor PG, a mechanism control commandϕ3 for controlling respective motors LF, CR and PG directly is provided. Since respective motors can be moved independently of a print dataϕ1 when the commandϕ3 is transmitted, position and moving course of a print head can be set freely. According to the arrangement, even a print medium having level differences can be printed cleanly by moving a print head to a desired place without interring with the medium.
