PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a motor more economically by simplifying the structure of coils and to increase torque by increasing a quantity of interlinking magnetic flux of the coils. SOLUTION: A stator magnet 20 provided on a lower substrate is magnetized in at least two poles, Armature coils (50a, 50b) joined to an upper substrate 40 are so structured that they have a phase difference ofπ/2 in terms of an electrical angle on the upper substrate. A pair of brushes 30 in contact with segments 71 of a commutator 70 are separated by an electrical angle ofπ. Some brushes are basically connected to at least one segment to eliminate a non-start-up point and a non-continuity area. Due to this structure, a quantity of interlinking magnetic flux of the coils can be increased to increase driving torque.
