PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition excellent in adhesion to an organic resin and mold release by adding a platinum catalyst to a mixture containing an Si-bonded-alkenyl-containing polyorganosiloxane, an Si-bonded-hydrogen- containing polyorganosiloxane, and a silatrane derivative in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 100 pts.wt. polyorganosiloxane having at least two Si-bonded-alkenyls in the molecule, 0.1-10 pts.wt. silutrane derivative of formula I, and a platinum catalyst. In the polyorganosiloxane, the ratio of the number of moles of the Si-bonded-hydrogen atoms to that of the Si-bondedalkenyl groups is 0.5/1 to 20/1. In the formula, R1 is hydrogen or an alkyl; R2 is hydrogen, an alkyl, or an alkenyloxyalkyl of formula 2 (wherein R4 is an alkylene; and R5 is an alkenyl); and R3 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group or an alkoxyl.
