PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the scattering of toner on the paper and the impairing of printing quality caused by the displacement and the like near a transferring part by dispersing and relieving the impact force to be applied to the paper by the buffer plates in transferring between a paper running state and a stopping state by mounting the buffer plates on two points of a paper feeding path. SOLUTION: A second buffer plate 13 is mounted between a buffer plate 5 and a pair of fixing rollers 7, 8. The buffer plate 13 is independent from the buffer plate 5 and supported by a fixing unit 15 rotatably on a rotary shaft 14, receives the load in the B direction by a torsion spring 16, and applies the load of F(B) to the paper 3. Accordingly, the impact force given to a part of the paper in a conventional device can be dispersed and relieved, and the waving of the paper generated by the tapping of the buffer plate 5 is absorbed by the buffer plate 13, so that the toner image 2 transferred on the paper 3 can be prevented from being scattered by the impact force of the buffer plates 5, 13, and the displacement in transferring and the like near a transferring part can be prevented.
