PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a tube from being slipped off by connecting a joint member to a fixing member while energizing the two members in the direction to hold an end of the tube between a press-in part and a receiving part. SOLUTION: An end of a tube 10 is inserted from below to above into a through hole formed by a tube receiving part 31 and a fitting part 32 of a fixing member 30. Then, a press-in part 21 of a joint member 20 is press fitted into a fore end part. Thereafter, while the tube 10 is pulled out downward from a fixing member 30 together with the joint member 20, the joint member 20 is inserted into the fixing member 30 so as to elastically deform an engagement spring as well as a plate spring 23 of the joint member 20 to thereby engage the engagement spring with a pawl to be engaged 34. As a result, the engagement spring energizes the members 20, 30 to make them close to each other and bring them into contact with each other so that a fore end of the tube 10 may be held between the press-in part 21 and the tube receiving part 31.
