PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease discharge pulsation to reduce the noise by making a backlash zero or minimizing it as small as possible with simple configuration. SOLUTION: A formed enclosed space L and a space within a corresponding slit SL are communicated with each other. Therefore, a pressure in the slit SL rises according to a pressure rise in the enclosing space L that occurs as enclosing starts. Then a tooth 61 elastically deforms as being illustrated, and a width of the slit SL widens so that a tooth thickness changes from Ta to Ta1 (Ta1>Ta). As a result, a backlash BR becomes zero or an extremely small value.
