PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open/close an opening/closing plate by providing a front wall with a plurality holes serving as a fitting port and a vent hole, disposing the ventilating passage opening/closing plate on the back side of a device body with a ventilating passage including the vent hole, and disposing an energizing means at an operating knob having an operating part and an actuating part at the fitting port. SOLUTION: An opening/closing plate is energized to rotate by the force of a coil spring, and a ventilating passage is closed to ensure airtightness in the closed state of rubber material and to absorb impact when the opening/closing plate butts a front wall 12. In the case of opening the ventilating passage, an operating part of an operating knob 31 is pressed toward the front wall 12, and the knob 31 is rotated in the direction separating from the front wall 12. The rubber member is separated from a protrusion of the front wall 12 to open the ventilating passage. The upper and lower inclined parts of a locking protrusion of the knob 31 almost abut on the front and rear sides of the front wall 12, and the opening/closing plate 15 approaches a back wall 15 and reaches a fully open position. The knob 31 is disposed in a position along the longitudinal direction of the front wall 12, and a long shape is stored and cut if necessary when manufacturing various ventilating devices to reduce inventory cost.
