PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-electrolyte fuel-cell composite power generating plant system having high efficiency and high reliability. SOLUTION: This solid-electrolyte fuel-cell composite power generating plant system is characterized by being equipped with a solid-electrolyte fuel cell supplied with fuel through a fuel supply line 51 and supplied with oxygen through an oxygen supply line 63, a fuel-side steam supply means for supplying the fuel supply line 51 with steam generated by the heat retained by a fuel-side exhaust gas of the fuel cell, a combustor 59 supplied with the fuel-side exhaust gas and oxidizer-side exhaust gas of the fuel cell and generating high- temperature steam, and a steam turbine 67 driven by the high-temperature steam generated by the combustor 59.
