PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively obtain a single treated cord to which treatments by adhesive, resin, heat or the like are applied by utilizing a cord fabric. SOLUTION: A long cord fabric 1 woven by throwing weft yarns in a large number of warp yarns 2 becoming a cord in a longitudinal direction at a required interval is subjected to adhesive treatment to be taken up in a roll form, and the cord fabric 1 is drawn out of this take-up body 5 in one direction while the warp yarns 2 of the cord fabric 1 are successively separated laterally one by one from the side end thereof in the draw-out running portion of the cord fabric so as to be positionally shifted in the running direction.
