PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scissors for preventing the interruption of grippers and cutting ridges when cutting cardboards. SOLUTION: Scissors include a pivotal shaft provided at the middle portions 13, 23 of a pair of cutter plates 1, 2 having grippers 12, 22 and cutting edges 11, 21 so as to be open/closed. The middle 13 is bent in parallel to the upper cutter side 23 at a position 15 so as to cover the upper cutter side 23 at a position 14.
