PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of passenger conveyer which can carry out a variable speed operation easily, by using an existing electric motor, without replacing the electric motor, or without rewinding a winding. SOLUTION: A booster means 9 such as a step-up transformer is provided to a power feeding system 10 between a three-phase AC power source 1 and a power converter 8, the receiving voltage from the three-phase AC power source 1 is output-amplified at the primary side beforehand, and the voltage at the output side is compensated to make the output voltage from the power converter 8 at the same value with the receiving voltage from the three-phase AC power source 1.
