PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect the dust for elimination without scattering it by cutting a roll paper while housing a cutting blade inside a casing, and sucking the dust generated when cutting the roll paper with the cutting blade so as to forcibly eliminate the dust adhered to the cutting blade, and having a housing box for housing the eliminated dust. SOLUTION: A cutter box device 120 is provided with a cutter box cover, a cutter and a roll paper detecting sensor. The cutter is charged with the electrostatic charge, and the roll paper is cut while being pressed. The full charged paper dust is sucked into a ventilation passage by the rotation of a suction fan, and sucked to a filter. A suction collecting device 140 is provided with a ventilation passage communicated with the cutter box device 120, a storage part communicated with the ventilation passage, a suction fan provided in the storage part, and a filter arranged in the storage part. A cutter cleaning device 130 is provided with a paper dust housing box, an opening and closing door and a wiper member, and the wiper member is provided so as to contact with the cutter. With this structure, dust can be easily and securely collected. |
