PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance by suppression of excessive power supply at the time of an equipment stationary operation or the like, to perform miniaturization and to reduce weight by connecting the output side of a delay circuit for automatically switching an applied voltage to a load or the like after a fixed time required for activation of the load after the voltage supply of a drive power source to the output part of a converter or the like. SOLUTION: Electromagnetic equipment and general electric equipment are driven through an output voltage variable voltage converter or the like, voltage or power changeover signals or adjustment signals are automatically outputted from the delay circuit with the sufficient delay of activation time or more after turning on a power source switch or a control switch and supply power in the stationary operation of the electromagnetic equipment or the like is lowered without lowering the performance in a using range. In this adjuster, the converter 1 provided with an output switch terminal C is connected between the power source switch or the control switch S1 and the electromagnetic equipment 2. Then, the delay circuit 3 for starting a delay operation at the timing of the ON of the switch S1 is connected to the power source on the output side of the switch S1 and the output of the delay circuit 3 is connected to the output switch terminal C.
