PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dusts and moisture from accumulating in a space between a power supply plug and a receptacle and prevent tracking fire by forming a recess for leaving a prescribed clearance between the power supply plug and receptacle in either one opposite face side of respective opposite faces between the power supply plug and receptacle. SOLUTION: A power plug P1 includes a plug body 10 and two male terminals 12, 12 projecting parallel to each other from one end face 11 of the plug body 10. Projecting parts 14, 14 setting one stage higher than the end face 11 are formed around the root sides of the male terminals 12, 12 of the power supply plug P1 respectively. The projecting parts 14 are preferably manufactured integrally with the plug body 10, and the projecting parts 14 only may be formed separately as the projections having male terminal through holes to insert the projections around the male terminals of the existing power supply plug. When the power supply plug P1 is inserted into the receptacle C, a prescribed gap G can be secured between the end face 11 of the power supply plug P1 and a receptacle cover 3 by the projecting parts 14, 14.
