PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual-axial dual-rotor type helicopter provided with a mechanism capable of preventing upper and lower rotors from striking persons or fixed objects on the ground. SOLUTION: The helicopter 1 is provided with a protective frame 10 surrounding the outer peripheries of upper and lower rotors 8, 9. A plastic perforated plate 60 is installed on the outer periphery of the protective frame 10, and an annular air tube 70 is further installed on the outer peripheral surface of the perforated plate 60. Even at the time of low altitude flight of the helicopter 1, the rotors 8, 9 do not directly strike persons working on the ground or fixed structures. Further, impact at the time of collision can be relaxed by the air tube 70. Thus, a helicopter suited to low altitude works can be realized.
