PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply remove a stain by laminating and forming a base coat layer, a design print layer by transferring, a transparent resin layer made of an ionizing radiation curable resin and a top coat layer made of a thermosetting resin obtained by copolymerizing a compound made of a polysiloxane bond in an acrylic skeleton on an upper surface of a base material. SOLUTION: A design print layer 5 is provided on an upper surface through a base coat layer 5 provided on an upper surface of a base material 2, and a transparent resin layer 6 and a top coat layer 7 are laminated on an upper surface of the layer 5. The layer 5 is constituted of a solid ink layer 5a and a design ink layer 5b, and formed on a surface of the layer 3 made of a sealer layer 3a provided on the upper surface of the material 2 and a primer layer 3b by a transferring method. Further, a transparent resin layer 6 made of an ionizing radiation curable resin and a top coat layer 7 having excellent stainproofness and made of a thermosetting resin obtained by copolymerizing a compound made of a polysiloxane bond in an acrylic skeleton are provided on the upper layer of the layer 5.
