PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce ozone water efficiently by changing to-be-treated water into fine droplets in a mixing tank by using an ultrasonic oscillator and mixing them with introduced ozone gas. SOLUTION: In a mixing tank 6, introduced raw water, while being kept at a water supply level which optimizes the production of fine droplets by an ultrasonic oscillator 8 by water control valves 1, 2, 3 and a float (control of supplied water), is changed into the fine droplets by the oscillator 8 and released continuously into the tank. Ozone gas which was pressurized slightly and supplied from the valve 1 flings up the droplets which passed chiefly through the lower part of an agitation plate 16 and were released into the tank 6 to be dissolved in the droplets. The droplets, after being grown through mutual collision and aggregation by an aggregation apparatus 7, drop to be ozone water which is stored in the lower part. Moreover, since the surface areas of water is increased equivalently by atomizing the water and mixing it with ozone gas, and ozone is dissolved into the water efficiently, a whole ozone water producing apparatus can be made small in size and light in weight.
