PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow remote control of a plurality of various model equipments individually and in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A control unit A includes a data generation part 5 consisting of header codes, object codes, device codes and data codes transferred in the order of transfer control processes, and an infrared transmission part 6 for transmitting output data from the data generation part 5. A model equipment B has an infrared receiving part 8 for receiving output data from the infrared transmission part 6 and a data analysis/control part 10 for analyzing output data from the infrared receiving part 8 for the control of a model equipment or a device in the equipment specified by a data frame.
