PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate and house discharged urine and feces and to surely prevent the diffusion and leakage of night soil by forming insertion openings respectively in the positions corresponding to the human urination part and defecation part of a shorts body and mounting excrement housing parts to the respective insertion openings. SOLUTION: An absorptive body constituted by arranging an absorbent between a liquid permeable inside surface sheet and a liquid impermeable outside surface sheet material and is so formed as to have a front body 16, a rear body 17, a waist band 18 and a groin part 19, by which a diaper body 1 is obtained. The insertion openings are respectively formed in the positions of the groin part 19 of such diaper body 1, which positions correspond to the urination part and defecation part of the human body. The excrement housing parts 5 are mounted in the respective mounting openings. The excrement housing parts 5 have skin surface adhesive parts 3 and take-out knob parts 4 on the outer peripheries of the housing parts 2 for housing the excrement. The skin surface adhesive parts 3 are provided with groin tight contact parts 8a and 8b. Water absorptive polymers 10 are arranged in the hermetic bottoms 9 of the excrement housing parts 5.
