PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet ejecting device equipped with a sheet ejecting tray which can prevent the damage at drawn-out state and the generation of noise, considering a problem on the part of sheet ejecting tray attached slidably along the ejecting direction of a sheet. SOLUTION: A sheet ejecting device is provided with a stopper member 11 which is attached slidably along the ejecting direction of a sheet at a part of a sheet ejecting tray 6 to collect the sheet. The stopper member 11 enables to extend the sheet receiving length of the sheet ejection tray 6. On the stopper member 11, a bumper 11A is formed standing straight up at one end along extending direction to which the edge of the sheet bumps. Buffer members 12A, 12B that can be used for size recognition are provided on both sides of the bumper 11A.
