PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a voice without having effect on the other control processing by voice output processing in an ADPCM(adaptive differential pulse- code modulation) system in software. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an ADPCM expanded data transmission start requesting means 52 so that the expansion of the ADPCM compressed data which requires a long pressing time and the transmission of the expanded data can be operated in different timings. A voice output managing means 51 controls so as to expand the voice data compressed by the ADPCM system by an ADPCM compressed data expanding means 53, and transmit the ADPCM expanded data to a voice outputting part 9 by interruption processing in each sampling time of the ADPCM compressed data by an ADPCM expanded data transmitting means 54 in response to a request from an inputting equipment detecting means 2. The voice outputting part 9 is provided with a D/A converter so that the expanded data, that is, the digital data can be converted into the waveform of a voice. |
