PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and device for rubber rolls capable of uniformly vulcanizing rubber rolls. SOLUTION: A rubber roll 2 comprises a cylindrical rubber 20 fitted around a cylindrical core bar 21 and the rubber 20 of the rubber roll 2 vulcanized in such a way that the core bar 21 is heated by high frequency induction heating in a high frequency induction bath 10, being vulcanized from the internal periphery to external periphery of the rubber 20. After this pre-vulcanization, the rubber roll 20 is discharged from the high frequency induction bath 10 and held at a room temperature for a specified time. After that, the external peripheral section of the rubber 20 of the rubber roll 2 is heated by circulated hot air and far infrared radiation in a heating bath 11, being vulcanized from the external periphery to internal periphery of the rubber 20. After this regular vulcanization, the rubber roll 2 is carried in a cooling bath 12 and cooled. |
