PRESSURE SENSOR FOR GAS SWITCH, GAS SWITCH PROVIDED THEREWITH AND METHOD FOR DETECTING GAS PRESSURE IN THE GAS SWITCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pressure sensor, for a gas switch, which is operated precisely, when a gas pressure at the inside of a sealed container is changed and whose structure is simplified so as to be miniaturized. SOLUTION: This pressure sensor 2 is provided with a diaphragm 21 and an operating rod 22. The operating rod 22 is interlocked with a decompression display device 3 via a coupling adjusting member 23. The diaphragm 21 is constituted of a stainless steel thin plate, and it is curved to have a gentle curved plate shape. Uneven parts (212) are formed on the diaphragm 21 in a concentric circle shape in the radial direction around the curved bottom (211) in the central part. A flange 213 is formed in the peripheral edge part. The diaphragm 21 is reversed instantaneously, when a gas pressure at the inside of a sealed container is lowered down to a prescribed value, and its displacement can be transmitted to the decompression display device 3 via the operating rod 22.
