PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-shaft rotation device by a single operation shaft capable of rotating two shafts, based on an automatic proper operation order, simply by specifying the rotation direction of only a single operation shaft without considering an operation order. SOLUTION: A single operation shaft 40 is rotated in a valve opening direction R1 and simultaneously, a rotary shaft 34 on the auxiliary shaft side is rotated in the valve opening direction R1. After a revolving arm 32 on the auxiliary shaft side and the shaft 14 are rotated and an auxiliary valve element is opened, a main valve element is opened. The operation shaft 40 is rotated in a valve closing direction and simultaneously, the rotary shaft 34 on the auxiliary side is rotated in a valve closing direction, after the main valve element is first opened, the auxiliary valve element is closed.
