摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase reliability and life of the assembly, in a variable stator blade assembly which includes a stator blade built in a casing by using a spacer, by forming a seat displaced from a face on the stator blade, and selecting a spacer to use in accordance with a position of the seat on tightening the stator blade via a seal means. SOLUTION: A variable stator blade assembly includes a stator blade 12 which is rotatably mounted into an opening 38 in a casing 22 of a gas turbine engine. On the stator blade 12, a seat 28 which extends into the opening 38 in a direction from a flange 30 to an axis and a trunnion 34 are integrally formed. the stator blade 12 in assembled with a spacer 14 having first and second faces 32, 36 which are mutually displaced. The stator blade is tightened while a first seal means 26 is interposed between the casing 22 and the flange 30 of the stator blade 12 and a second seal means 24 is interposed between the casing 22 and the spacer 14. In accordance with the result of detecting a position of the seat 28 on the tightening, a suitable spacer is selected from among various dimensions of spacers for utilization.
