PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling of a nozzle and to reduce the number of nozzle composing parts by integrally forming a turning flow imparting means which imparts turning of the flow of an assist gas to at least one side of the outer surface side of a first nozzle or the inner surface side of a second nozzle which demarcates a flow space. SOLUTION: An assist gas supplied in the inside of a flow space is jetted from a second jetting outlet 12 of a second nozzle 13 in a state that the gas is turned with a turning flow imparting means 14 formed in the outer surface side of a first nozzle 9, and a turning flow is formed around a plasma gas jetted from the same second jetting outlet 12. Since the turning flow imparting means 14 is integrally formed in the outer surface side of the first nozzle 9 and an insulator is not necessitated to be separately formed, the number of parts composing a nozzle 3 for a plasma torch is reduced and assembling is also facilitated. Further, the surface area of the first nozzle 9 becomes large and whereby cooling efficiency by the assist gas is improved. |
