PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the release of powdery contents in view of the variation in quantity and to improve the sharpness of the release starting action and release stopping action of the contents. SOLUTION: By moving the agitation ring 4 of a metering chamber 3, for example, by shaking a powdery content release mechanism before an actuation mode is set up, the distribution of contents in the chamber 3 is made uniform, and the quantity of the contents to be released is stabilized. A ring-shaped protruded part is formed on the peripheral surface of a stem close to a hole part 1c for passage inflow. In this way, at switching to an actuation mode, the timing for lifting the closure of the hole part is delayed, and at switching to a standstill mode, the timing for closing the hole part is advanced to curtail a transition time associated with the switching between the standstill mode and the actuation mode. |
