PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hydraulic punch provided with a hydraulic ram and hydraulic pump. SOLUTION: The ram 2 is connected to the main body of the pump around the axis Z-Z of rotation which is inclined to the longitudinal axis X-X of a pump reservoir. The ram consists of a cylinder 7 and the end part 9 of the ram forming a connecting member of a piston 8 with the main body 4 of the pump 3 is housed in the cylinder. The ram is rotatably connected to the pump. By dividing means such as a ball 15, the ram can be held at a selected angular position of either parallel or vertical to the pump. The ball 15 is energized with a spring and housed in the recessed part of the main body 4 or in the end part of the ram. The longitudinal working axis Y-Y of the ram is aside deviated from the longitudinal axis X-X of the pump reservoir and parallel to this axial line. Because the ram can be oriented to the pump, two tools required in conventional devices are replaced with only this punch.
