PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer between centra capable of adjusting a height even in the state of being inserted between centra without an inverse screw and easily three-separating structure concerning the spacer between the centra having a height adjusting means by a screw mechanism screwing mutually between fixing means fixed to upper and lower centra. SOLUTION: A male screw body 9 provided with a male screw on its outer peripheral surface is integrally erected on a seat part 2 forming a lower fixing means and a female screw body 11 provided with a female screw on its inner peripheral surface is formed around the axis of the screw without being separated and in the state of being freely rotatable. The bodies 9, 11 are screwed to insert the spacer 1 corresponding to the height of the centra Z, Z is inserted between the centra. The height of the spacer 1 can be adjusted corresponding to an interval between the centra by holding the body 9 and rotating the body 11.
