PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare organic full-ripe compost by using a microorganism which is strong to temperature and chemicals and solve animal husbandry pollution by adding actinomyces A1 to livestock feces and fermenting the feces in a fermentation tank for a prescribed period and allowing the fermented livestock feces to stand for several day full-ripe period in stacked state. SOLUTION: Livestock feces are fermented in cattle shed (pig shed) by using actinomyces A1 at a ratio of 3 Kg based on 5 ton feces in a fermentation tank for a prescribed period and allowed to stand for several day full-ripe period in stacked state. As a result, organic full-ripe compost is prepared and animal husbandry pollution is solved by using the microorganism. Further, full-ripe compost in which carbon ratio is reduced to an amount not higher than a predetermined amount is prepared by using a lignin decomposing microorganism A2 to the livestock feces and malodor such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide or methyl sulfide is removed by using a malodor-treating microorganism 4 and wastewater treatment of cattle shed is efficiently carried out by using a wastewater treating microorganism S2 and animal husbandry pollution is solved by using a waste meat-treating microorganism T5 and sawdust bed treating microorganism T3 to distribute to health control of livestock.
