PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively melt snow fallen on lawn and prevent the snow coverage in any circumstance without damaging the lawn. SOLUTION: Melting of snow or prevention of snow coverage is carried out by placing a water-sprinkling device and a heating device on the surface of lawn for melting the snow or preventing the snow coverage and a device selected from the sprinkling device and the heating device or both devices are actuated according to the circumstance of snowfall or snow coverage.
