PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly fix a wintering sheet to a post or wind up the sheet and to enable the repeated use of the sheet for each winter season. SOLUTION: This tool for fixing a wintering sheet is provided with a pair of long springy clipping arms curved inward and inserted into base plates 2a, 2b and pinching levers 5a, 5b attached to the base plates 2a, 2b. The levers are pressed with fingers to expand both ends of the springs 1a, 1b and the expanded springs are thrust on the wintering sheet to fix the sheet.
