PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive mowing blade since a mowing blade has a substitutable cutting blade and correction requires a trouble and is expensive when the tip of the cutting blade is worn out. SOLUTION: A used good part of band sawing machine is selected and is regenerated as a cutting blade 2. Since the cutting blade has a number of points, the blade is polished simply many times and can be inexpensively used.
