PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the transaction throughput from decreasing by presenting a distributed function process path to a distributed function client according to selection priority. SOLUTION: A distributed function path selection managing process part 9 sets the selection priority of the distributed function process path according to information showing a communication state and a server state or a past transaction process time and presents the distributed function process path to the distributed function client according to the selection priority. A resource load managing process part 26 monitors whether or not a fault occurs to communication resources and server resources, the loads, and operation states, a communication state managing process part 12 monitors whether or not a fault occurs the communication resources, the load, and the operation state to control the communication state, and a server state managing process part 13 monitors whether or not a fault occurs to the server, the load, and the operation state to control the server state. An alternative path managing process part 14 specifies a distributed function process path where a fault occurs, sets the path having top selection priority as an alternative path, and re-executes the transaction to which an error occurs owing to the fault by the alternative path.
