PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a separator used for a fastening frame and simplify work execution by jointing an auxiliary pipe vertically to the center outer surface of a cylindrical pipe for fitting the separator therein. SOLUTION: An auxiliary pipe 3 with an internal thread formed inside is vertically jointed to the center outer surface of a cylindrical pipe 2 with a through bore for fitting separators 5, 5 therein. The auxiliary pipe 3 and the cylindrical pipe 2 are welded and connected by a reinforcing blade 4 of right- angled triangular shape to provide hardware 1 for a form opening fastening frame. Using this fastening frame hardware 1, the fastening frame 10 can be held only by fitting the cylindrical pipe 2 to the separators 5 fitted between panel forms 7, 7, so that the separator 5 used for the fastening frame 10 can be shortened, and framing work for the fastening frame 10 can be executed easily in a short time.
